Card Making at Jill's Craft Studio

On Friday 14th February I went to Jill's Craft Studio for a
card making session.
A Springtime Card using 3D techniques with lots of measuring.
I loved the swirl stamps so brought the collection.

Oo La la Girls

I love these cards, Kim calls them  Oo La La Girls. The stamp is very French and you add sparkles and glitter to their ruffles and feathers! Sadly Kim has stopped card making and scrapbooking classes @The Gallery as she has got a full time job. We really miss her on a Wednesday morning. It made me create cards every week. Good luck to Kim for the future and hope she keeps papercrafting. Visit her blog HERE

Victorian Lady Aperture Card

I made this aperture card inspired by a Victorian Lady,
at Gill's Studio. Gill's Card Making Shop is full
of supplies and she is an inspirational teacher.

Tri Fold Card or Shutter Card

I made this Tri- Folded Card with Kim,
@The Gallery Card Making Classes.
It started off as cream card and cream papers,
which have been distressed inked, stamped and layered.
The card has then had an additional layer of embossing.
Watch the video to see how it is made.

Lace Book Cards

We have been using the embossed boards with different
card shapes and patterns on at card making
on a Wednesday with Kim @The Gallery.
I decided I wanted to mix my medias up as usual
and add lace and metal to my card.
We had a lovely morning and I can see the
ideas for these 'Book' ideas are endless.
When I got home I trawled the internet and
You Tube for relevant techniques and
found a lady who has already used
these ideas, see in this video.

Cad for Nicole

I made this card for Nicole's Christening Day
and had made a quilt and Jenn had made Nicole
a cushion with 'N' on it as a gifts.
See these
Nicole is the daughter of Jenn's God Mother.
It was a lovely few days with the family
and the Christening was beautiful.
